Cindy Miller has been actively training, educating, and sharing her wealth of knowledge for the past two decades. She is a Holistic Health Coach, RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist, and a Nationally Certified Fitness Trainer.
Cindy believes in Holistic care where mindful nutrition, physical movement and preventative care work together to provide the most benefit for her clients. Cindy uses a variety of mind/body/spirit modalities to help her clients achieve that perfect balance by offering Nutritional Counseling, Therapeutic Yoga, Movement Based Therapy, Fitness Training and more.
Using an individualized approach, Cindy develops programs that teach each client how to live a healthier, more well balanced life by educating them to make informed decisions and lifestyle modifications.
Cindy specializes in working with the senior population, post-rehab, movement disorder and special needs, as well as women’s health. She has worked successfully with sufferers of chronic back, hip, neck, shoulder pain, neurological disorder, and various age-related and chronic diseases.
Cindy has written several articles on Fitness & Healthy Living. She conducts wellness and specialty yoga workshops, retreats and establishes wellness programs for various corporations.
Cindy is also affiliated with the “Greet the Day” program offering yoga for those affected by cancer as well as fitness and yoga for the “Parkinson’s in Balance” program.

A multi-dimensional state of well-being is attainable through a holistic approach that integrates all aspects of wellness, encompassing body, mental, emotional, environmental, community and spiritual health.
