Senior Related Programs

The most important consideration for an older adult is the ability to maintain independence and perform daily functions.
Cindy brings 17 years of experience in working with the Older Adult population. She understands the effects of age-related disease and inactivity on one’s body.

She specializes in one on one program’s for her clients to help regain and maintain their independence, and improve their quality of life. Cindy offers safe, effective personalized programs for her clients taking into consideration past and current health conditions and abilities.

From the frail to the healthier older adult, recently completed Physical Therapy rehabilitation, special needs, or just wanting to stay active there are programs available for everyone.

Her programs focus on fall prevention, balance/gait, functional-task training, strength, improved circulation and flexibility. Addressing and improving areas of loss in range of motion, decreased muscle mass, coordination and improve movement efficiency while improving quality of life and functional capacity.

Adaptive/Corrective Exercise Programs are based on the current mental and physical state of each individual as well as their goals.

ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION
• 90 minutes to discuss & review your current and past health history. A full comprehensive physical assessment to determine strengths, weaknesses, balance, flexibility, and skeletal posture.

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS
• 45 or 60 minute sessions available

In-home sessions available within a 5 mile radius (commute fee may apply).
