Cindy is a Health Coach, Wellness Educator, Yoga Therapist and Medical Fitness Trainer and the founder of A Fine Balance, and has spent over 19 years training and sharing her wealth of knowledge with others.

Cindy believes in holistic care where mindful nutrition, physical movement and preventative care work together to provide the most benefits. With her diverse background and training she is committed to providing a supportive, integrative approach, incorporating all aspects of wellness.

Her role is to help you recover from injury, trauma, pain, and mental/emotional struggles by giving her clients tools that can be learned and easily integrated into their daily lives in order to promote and support their body’s natural healing process. It’s about doing the best you can regardless of what age and stage of life you’re in.

Jenna Grayson, CHt, HTP, has been providing healing and holistic health education for 10 years to a local and global community. Her background is in energy medicine, meditation, and heart-centered hypnotherapy. She studied with Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine, Hypnosis Motivation Institute and with meditation gurus in the east and west. She is best known for the compassionate presence and wisdom she holds while facilitating the releasing of self-limiting beliefs, anxiety and other fears creating a path of life fulfillment and enjoyment.

Anita has been a Registered Dietitian for 20 years. She is a nutrition expert with a passion for health & wellness. Her focus is on making whole food, plant based eating delicious and simple, creating individualized plans that are specific to her clients needs. Anita will be offering monthly Nutrition Workshops as well as private 1 on 1 sessions.

As a Labor and Delivery RN, Stacia has learned the value of modern medicine. She also discovered the power and capability of the female body and all that it was built to do. Yoga has helped bridge these two worlds together, where mindfulness meditation, breathing and movement all play a pivotal role in labor and delivery. She is blessed to have the ability to apply all of these components with the knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, creating a safe space for women.
