Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is an integration of modern therapeutic modalities with traditional yoga principles to support specific and persistent physical and emotional ailments using gentle and restorative yoga, breath awareness, healing touch and meditation to facilitate your body’s natural healing process.

Yoga Therapy helps you discover how past and present patterns, choices, behaviors and beliefs show up in your body and is taught with attention to the individual with the goal of empowering you to care for your mental, physical health and wellbeing.

It is particularly effective for those individuals facing health challenges at any level, reduce pain, restore balance and improve overall health and well-being with the intention to enhance the body’s immune system and natural ability to heal while regaining strength and mobility. It is a remedy for stressful and painful times, as well as a great complimentary practice to pre and post treatment plans allowing the body and mind to heal in a passive way while providing strength and relief.
